• Has done basic medical & surgical training from AIIMS.
• Worked in Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences at Puttaparthy for four yrs.
• Awarded the Gold Medal in MS – General Surgery – AIIMS, New Delhi in 1996.
• Bagged the ‘Young Surgeons Travel Fellowship’ awarded by the Japan Surgical Society in April ’97.
• Awarded the membership on the National Academy of Medical Sciences (MNAMS) in Urology in Jan ‘2001.
• Has a number of publications in various journals.
• Specialized in Pediatric Urology and Reconstructive Urology, especially cases of Stricture Urethra.

At Present: An eminent urologist and an integral part of “Kidney Center” Urology team, Chandigarh and a visiting consultant to Fortis, Alchemist & other hospitals in Chandigarh region.
